Standard Delivery – All products ordered will be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days on receipt of clearance of payment.
Whilst we take all care to choose fast and reliable delivery methods we cannot guarantee delivery times or dates as these are outside of our direct control.

Returns
Beechworth Honey is committed to providing quality products to all our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products please contact our office on    02 60332322  within 7 days to discuss your return options with one of our friendly staff.
We are happy to provide an exchange where the product is faulty, unfit for the purpose intended or an incorrect size. In order to exchange you may be asked to provide proof of purchase so please retain all receipts issued to you. Where we agree to a product return we will arrange free return delivery of the item from you and a replacement product from the same range to an equivalent value if the item purchased is unavailable for any reason.
