Clovers are grasses native to Europe which now make up a large portion of farm pasture grasses in south eastern Australia. Clover only grows where there has been reliable rainfall or irrigation from spring to autumn.
Short term honey flows produce light, choice quality honey with a subtle warm fresh beeswax flavour. It has a tendency to granulate quickly and is often used in creamed honey.
