Incredible

This honey is incredible, perfect. There are lots of brands of honeys with ginger, but the fig makes this somehow alchemical and ancient, plus the % of each item - eg: not skimping on the fig, and perfect creaminess of the texture makes it a true classic honey. You know it is amazing when you can spread it on anything and it works, plus straight from the jar. I bought a jar while in Beechworth and became increasingly agitated when I recently finished it, after driving around with the empty jar trying to find it in shops near me - unsuccessfully! I have just ordered a 6 jars online, some to distribute to friends [maybe!].
