Eucryphia Lucida

The Tasmanian Leatherwood is a small size tree with a compact crown of glossy green leaves. A cool temperature rainforest tree, it produces masses of white showy flowers in many areas listed as world heritage areas.

A light amber coloured honey with a very distinctive dry floral flavour. The aroma is floral with a hint of spice.

This honey is suited to savoury dishes. Add to any tomato based casserole to bring out a richer flavour.
