Chicken & Honey Stir-Fry

Stir-fries are so quick and easy and I like trying different varietal honeys with different meat and vegetable combinations.

Perfect Honey Partner: Bee Warm Macadamia Honey



  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a wok over a high heat
  2. Add the chicken and stir-fry until almost cooked
  3. Add the honey, orange juice, spring onions and nuts and cook until the liquid thickens slightly
  4. Remove the chicken mixture to a warm dish and set asdie Wipe out the wok ith paper towels
  5. Heat the remaining oil in the wok, add the vegatables and stir-fry until crisp and tender
  6. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce and basil. Return the chicken mixture to wok and stir-fry until heated through.
  7. Serve immediately over steamed or boiled rice
