Instructions

  1. Add citrus and mint into jar
  2. Muddle well with wooden spoon, extracting the citrus juice and mint aroma
  3. Add ice
  4. Top with Beechworth Honey Sparkling Honey Ginger Soda
  5. Stir well
  6. Pour into glasses, making sure you decant citrus and mint.
