Citrus & Mint Fizz with Beechworth Honey Sparkling Honey Ginger Soda

Ingredients
- 1.5 litre jug
- 1 lemon finely sliced
- 1/2 lime finely sliced
- 1/2 cup mint leaves, roughly torn
- 2 cups of ice
- 750ml bottle Beechworth Honey Sparkling Honey Ginger Soda
Instructions
- Add citrus and mint into jar
- Muddle well with wooden spoon, extracting the citrus juice and mint aroma
- Add ice
- Top with Beechworth Honey Sparkling Honey Ginger Soda
- Stir well
- Pour into glasses, making sure you decant citrus and mint.
