Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, we cannot ship honey, honey drinks & beeswax products (including Bee Balm) into Western Australia, and we cannot ship honeycomb & beeswax products into Tasmania.
We offer flat rate shipping of $15 on each order delivered to a single Australian mailing address. Orders over $100 will receive free delivery to a single Australian address.
Only delivery to Australian residential, business & PO Box addresses are accepted (international shipping addresses are NOT accepted). Please phone our team prior to completing an online order if you wish to discuss further, or to arrange delivery to multiple addresses.
We use Australia Post, Fastway and other courier providers where necessary for delivery to all areas of Australia and aim to have your order delivered within 7 working days. To some regional parts of Australia, delivery can take longer.
During busy periods, such as Free Shipping Events, Christmas, and public holidays, delays in delivery can occur due to the capacity of our transport providers and business holiday closures between Christmas and New Year.
Please make sure that delivery address and postcode are correct as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided. In the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (eg civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown etc) we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays.
We ship and track all orders via Courier or Australia Post and a signature is required upon delivery. If no-one is home at the time of delivery a card will be left explaining the options to either collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office if it is being shipped via Australia Post or to organise to have it redelivered it arriving via courier.
When ordering if you would like your delivery to be left in a secure place without the need for a signature you can specify this in the delivery comments section of the order. This acts as an “authority to leave” notification and Beechworth Honey cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to this delivery.
Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, we will send you an email advising that your order is packed and ready to be collected by the courier. Once your package leaves Beechworth Honey you will receive an email or text with your tracking number from Shippit. They are a third party company that organise your parcel to be delivered. There will be updates along the way. If you would like to track your delivery go to the courier’s website (Shippit will advise in your email or text which courier has been chosen for you) and place your tracking number into the relevant field. Currently we do not accept orders shipped to international addresses from our online shopping cart.
There are many restrictions in various countries on the importation of honey that make shipping internationally a challenge.

WA: Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, the following products can not be shipped to Western Australia.
All Honey (liquid & creamy), honeycomb, all honey gift packs, beeswax candles, beeswax, furniture polish, Manuka & Tea Tree Bee Balm, lip balm – all varieties, Bee Friendly Seeds, nougat – all varieties, sparkling honey drinks.
TAS: Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, we cannot send honeycomb or raw beeswax into Tasmania. All other products may be shipped into Tasmania
What is the Beechworth Honey return policy?
Beechworth Honey is committed to providing quality products to all our customers.
In the event that your product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description or perform its function then a refund will be made in its original payment method or a replacement offered once proof of purchase is confirmed and your product is returned to Beechworth Honey.
There is no refund or exchange offered where you change your mind or where you make an error with your order.
There is no refund or exchange offered on sale items.

Why can’t we exchange products if you make an error ordering or change your mind?
As a food and skincare business, we are unable to accept returned stock as we can not be sure if it has been tampered with or opened, meaning we are not able to resell this stock.
We only send replacement stock for damaged or faulty stock once the original stock is returned. We then complete a thorough assessment of the returned goods to determine if they qualify for replacement.
