Baked Feta with Honey, Olives and Lemon Thyme

  • 1 block feta
  • 500 g pitted olives
  • 1/2 lemon, rind only
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 sprigs lemon thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp Bee Delicate Lucerne Honey


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place the feta in a baking dish. Add olives, lemon rind, and sliced garlic to the dish.
  • Pour over the olive oil and sprinkle the salt over the top. Mix to coat the olives.
  • Place in the oven for 25 minutes or until the feta begins to lightly brown.
  • Remove from the oven and top with a generous drizzle of honey. Serve with slices of crusty bread.
