Ingredients
- 1 passionfruit
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 1 lemon
- Beechworth Honey Sparkling Honey & Lemon Drink
- Crushed ice, to serve
Instructions
- Fill two glasses with crushed ice.
- Divide the passionfruit pulp, the leaves from 2 sprigs of thyme, and a squeeze of lemon juice between the glasses.
- Top with Beechworth Honey Sparkling Honey & Lemon Drink. Garnish with an extra sprig of thyme.
