Bee Cause River Honey is a medium to full-flavoured honey with a pleasant warm sweetness and mild aftertaste. Happy bees gather nectar and pollen from blossom laden eucalypts that rely on the lifeblood of the watercourses that make up Australia’s vast inland network of rivers, creeks and streams.
Geographical Information
Bee Cause River Honey is produced from huge eucalypt trees such as red gums, and the gnarly black box. These trees are supported by Australia’s inland river systems. The trees follow these watercourses and in turn, the bees seek out the tree’s flowers for nourishing nectar which they convert to delicious honey.
