You can most definitely drizzle a good dose of our Limited Edition Chestnut Honey on a spiced porridge or pimp your chai tea, but our minds went straight to a quintessential winter cocktail that will surely put a fire in your belly – the classic whisky Hot Toddy.
Hot Toddy with Chestnut Honey
Yield 2 drinks
- Chestnut Honey: 3 tsp
- Whisky: 25mls
- Hot Water: 400mls
Whisk the whisky and honey together and split between 2 heatproof glasses. Top up with 200ml boiling water.
Add half of the Cinnamon Stick to each glass and a splash of lemon juice.
