White Stringy Bark Honey
White Stringy Bark Honey is a bright medium amber to amber colour and has sweet earthy aromas reminiscent of dry straw. It has woody eucalyptus and walnut flavours with a slightly astringent aftertaste that lingers at the back of the throat. Very slow to crystallise.

White Stringy Bark (Eucalyptus globoidea) is a tall slender tree with a distinctive hairy fibrous bark. It ranges from 15 metres to 25 metres depending on the growing site and has a dense and compact crown.
Beekeepers in Victoria’s Gippsland region seek out the White Stringy Bark, which grow amongst its coastal ranges.
The White Stringy Bark grows mainly on the NSW coast and down into Victoria’s Gippsland region.
