“A Beautiful Day, Digital Illustration. A busy and vibrant scene inspired by beehives in fields of wildflowers, diligent beekeepers collecting honey, and the delicious food that you can make or pair with honey.”

Macadamia Honey is a rich pale amber to medium amber colour with sweet honey aromas and complex flavours of malt and caramel. It can be intensely sweet to taste but finishes on unexpected savoury tones.

Made by bees foraging on the nectar of macadamia blossoms, this honey is a delicious reminder of the connection between bees, flowers and the food we grow. As bees move from flower to flower collecting nectar, they also carry pollen between blossoms, helping macadamia trees produce the nuts we enjoy.

Macadamia honey will slowly and naturally begin to form small individual crystals from the bottom of the jar. Lovely for baking, the cheeseboard and savoury cooking.
