Dairy Free Fruit Icy Poles
Keeping cool with some delicious, naturally sweetened, fruit filled icy poles that are also dairy free. Packed full of fresh ingredients and the uplifting flavour of our Bee Fruity Bimble Box honey, these will surely hit the spot with the kids after a long day back at school! We’ve created three incredible seasonal fruit combinations to showcase the best summer produce. Don’t be limited by our suggestions either, adapt your own combinations using your favourite summer fruit. Simply freeze ahead of time so they’re ready to grab!
Ingredients
Kiwi & Spinach
- 6 kiwi fruit (peeled and diced)
- 1 large handful fresh spinach
- 1 cup orange juice (pulp free)
- 1 tbsp Bee Fruity Red Gum Honey
- Additional kiwi slices for decoration
Mixed Berry & Watermelon
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 cup watermelon (diced)
- 1 cup orange juice (pulp free)
- 1 tbsp Bee Fruity Red Gum Honey
- Additional blackberries for decoration
Mango & Pineapple
- 1 cup mango (diced)
- 1 cup pineapple (diced)
- 1 cup orange juice (pulp free)
- 1 tbsp Bee Fruity Red Gum Honey
- Orange slices for decoration
Instructions
- Blend fruit, orange juice and honey.
- Place sliced fruit on the sides of icy pole mould or berries in the bottom.
- Pour individual fruit mixture into moulds.
- Insert icy pole sticks and place into the freezer for 6-8 hours or until frozen.
- Remove from the freezer for 5 minutes before removing from the moulds.

Red Gum Honey is a bright light amber to pale amber colour and has delicious aromas of sweet honey and the Australian bush after rain. It is full bodied and has a refreshing fruity eucalyptus flavour with a medium sweetness. Moderately quick to cystallise.
