Honey Baked Brie with Cherries & Walnuts

Transform a simple wheel of Brie into a gooey, flavourful masterpiece topped with honey caramelised cherries and walnuts. The perfect addition to your summer entertaining or enjoy on a cozy night in.

Honey Baked Brie with Walnuts & Rosemary

  • 1 wheel of brie
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 2 tbsp Bee Warm White Box Honey
  • 1 pinch salt


  • Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  • Roughly chop the cherries, removing the pips.
  • Roughly chop the walnuts and add them to a small mixing bowl with the cherries. Add the honey, rosemary and salt. Mix until the cherries and walnuts are evenly coated in the honey.
  • Using a sharp knife, score the top of the wheel of brie and place it in a small oven-safe dish or ramekin. Spoon over the cherry and walnut mixture.
  • Place in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the cherries and walnuts have lightly caramelised.
  • Serve hot and runny with crusty bread or crackers.
