Crafted using native Red Gum eucalypt timber.
Red Gum (Eucalyptus camaldulensis) – the majestic Red Gum is a large tree that grows alongside creeks, rivers and billabongs across mainland Australia. The rich golden coloured honey has a distinctive full bodied fresh fruit flavour. Its timber is hard, close grained and red to reddish brown in colour.
