Crafted using native Red Gum, Apple Box and Red Stringy Bark eucalypt timbers.

Red Gum (Eucalyptus camaldulensis)
The majestic Red Gum is a large tree that grows alongside creeks, rivers and billabongs across mainland Australia. The rich golden coloured honey has a distinctive full bodied fresh fruit flavour. Its timber is hard, close grained and red to reddish brown in colour.

Lemon Scented Gum (Corymbia citriodora)
Lemon Scented Gums are often an impressive sight when grown in urban and semi-urban area with good form and an open crown. Growing 25m – 35m tall but can get as tall as 50m.

Red Stringy Bark (Eucalyptus macrorhyncha)
A renowned honey producing tree in the undulating areas of the North East of Victoria. This small to medium sized tree produces a deliciously strong aromatic honey. Its timber is pale red/pinkish brown in appearance.
