We only accept orders for shipment to Australian residential addresses. Private mailboxes (PO Boxes), or overseas shipping addresses will not be accepted.
Once you place your order, we will review it and put it through for processing. If we notice any missing information or anticipate any issues, we will get in touch with you to ask further questions. Otherwise the order should be delivered within 7 working days.
We do not accept orders shipped to international addresses from our online shopping cart.

Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the time of ordering. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (goods and services tax) where it applies.
WA: Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, we cannot send honey (runny or creamed honey) or beeswax products (eg. candles) into Western Australia. All other products may be shipped to Western Australia (eg. beauty, drinks, gourmet range etc).
TAS: Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, we cannot send honeycomb or raw beeswax into Tasmania. All other products may be shipped into Tasmania.
We offer flat rate shipping of $15 on all orders delivered to a single Australian mailing address. Orders over $100 will receive free delivery to a single Australian address.
Only delivery to Australian residential and business addresses are accepted (PO Box or international shipping addresses are NOT accepted). Please phone our team prior to completing an online order if wish to discuss further, or to arrange delivery to multiple addresses.
We use Fast Way Couriers (primary freight partner) or Australia Post for delivery to all areas of Australia and aim to have your order delivered within 7 working days. To some regional parts of Australia, delivery can take longer.
During the busy Christmas period, and between Christmas and New Year’s Eve delays in delivery can occur due to the capacity of our transport providers.
Please make sure that delivery address and post code are correct as we cannot be responsible for non delivery due to an incorrect address provided. Likewise in the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (eg civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown etc) we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays.
All shipments will be dispatched WITHOUT request for a delivery signature. The courier is instructed to leave the parcel in a safe location.
It is best if someone is available to receive the delivery directly. If you prefer to sign for your parcel, please make note in the comments section when placing your order.
If your order includes Beechworth Honey Mead (alcoholic product) then this delivery will be shipped with the requirement for the receiver to sign for the goods. The receiver must be an adult (over 18 years of age).
We accept payment online by Visa or MasterCard. Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential.
Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.

Your Beechworth Honey Gift Voucher can be Redeemed for product and ticketed events via the www.beechworthhoney.com.au Website up to the amount of the Card Balance. Any credit Redeemed is deducted from the Voucher Balance.
Where the price of the goods or services being purchased with a Beechworth Honey Gift Voucher exceeds the Voucher Balance, you must pay the amount exceeding the Voucher Balance by an alternative method, subject to acceptance of such alternative method by the Website.
