Classic Honey Joys
The birthday party staple that never goes out of style - golden, crunchy and impossible not to love. Faces light up when the honey joys come out, ideal for a perfectly sticky mess!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cups Beechworth Honey Traditional Honey
- 100 g butter
- 4 cups cornflakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
- Line a 12 hole muffin tray with patty pan.
- Melt the butter and honey together in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until the mixture is golden and bubbling.
- Place cornflakes into a large mixing bowl. Pour the hot honey mixture over the cornflakes and gently stir until all the cornflakes are coated.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared patty pan, pressing down lightly so they hold together.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Cool in the tray. The mixture will harden as the Honey Joys cool. Transfer to an airtight container once completely set.
