Orange Blossom Honey - Tracey Mackie
Jar 550g
This limited-release Orange Blossom Honey features 1 of 23 shortlisted entries from our Beechworth Honey ‘Pollinate! Label Competition, created to celebrate bees, flowers, and food. This artwork was shortlisted from more than 500 submissions and is now part of a fundraiser to help kids build a lifelong connection to bees and nature.
100% of the proceeds of this jar will be donated to the Wheen Bee Foundation. All funds will be used to help kids build a lifelong connection to bees and nature, helping to deliver 1,000 Bee Education Learning Kits to Australian primary schools. Each Learning Kit equips teachers with the resources to help inspire students to understand why bees matter and how they can contribute to protecting nature for life.
Each jar includes an opportunity to nominate a school of your choice for their chance to receive a Learning Kit.

About the Artwork
“I have painted sunflowers like this before in acrylic art, so I decided to use that as my starting point. I blended the bees, food, and flowers in my artwork to celebrate nature’s harmony. Bees, pollinating my vibrant sunflowers in bold blues, yellows, and pinks, symbolise industriousness and ecological balance, reflecting growth and beauty. The honey drizzling over pancakes and jars is meant to show the abundance and the fruits of their labour, tying food to nature’s cycle. My aim for the artwork – to highlight environmental stewardship and the joy of natural abundance through my distinctive, vivid technique.”
